Dee Ciancio specializes in vintage properties in central Denver neighborhoods and historic districts. In addition to her real estate practice, Dee has served as an instructor for Historic Denver's Landmark Realtor Continuing Education Program - teaching other real estate people the nuances of marketing historic properties.
Dee also is a co-founder and sponsor the Old House Expo - an event that unites vintage house owners with top restoration, renovation and repair specialists. The Old House Expo celebrated its third year on the Fall of 2008. She is an experienced remodeler, having collaborated on renovation/restortion projects for a 1910 Arts & Crafts Bungalow, 1926 Spanish Eclectic, and 1935 Art Deco house in central Denver.
